Shipping Policy for Orders within India

Processing Time: All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on Mondays.

Shipping Time:

• Standard Shipping: Typically, delivery occurs within 3-7 business days (Monday to Friday) during regular seasons.

Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the courier’s website. If you do not receive this email, please contact our customer service team. You can also track your order by calling our helpline at +91 9422133837 or emailing gadgetskanha@gmail.com.

Delivery Costs:

• Delivery charges vary based on your location.
• Please check your order summary for detailed delivery charges for each product.
• Shipping charges will be extra and conveyed once the order is placed.

Failed Delivery: If a package cannot be delivered due to incorrect shipping information, absence of the recipient, or refusal to accept the package, it will be returned to the sender (Kanha Gadgets) at the customer’s expense. This expense includes the shipping costs incurred, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

Our Carriers: We use Shiprocket, DTDC, SmartShip, Blue Dart, Xpressbees, Shadowfax, and Ecom Express for deliveries.

Upon receipt of Your Order: Inspect your package and its contents carefully upon delivery to ensure everything is intact and complete. If you find any damage or discrepancies, refuse the delivery or sign as “Damaged” and contact us on the same day.

Bank Holidays: We do not deliver on bank holidays. In such cases, your parcel will be delivered on the next working day.
